1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the robi9 platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, account registration system, sportsbook, live casino, slots, and any other product or feature made available under the robi9 brand — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the robi9 platform and close your account if one has been registered. Continued use of robi9 following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

robi9 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain an account with robi9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. robi9 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from robi9 or affiliated platforms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing bets.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account with robi9 under any other name or identity.

Age Verification

robi9 conducts age and identity verification for all new accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to complete verification: a valid National Identity Card (NID), a passport, or a birth certificate. robi9 may suspend deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity on any account pending completion of identity verification.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with robi9. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — will be identified and closed. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at robi9's sole discretion.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your robi9 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify robi9 support immediately at [email protected]. robi9 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login information.

Account Closure

You may request to close your robi9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance that has satisfied all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered BDT payment method. Pending bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. robi9 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied, giving them the opportunity to reactivate their account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the robi9 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). robi9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Approved Payment Methods

The following BDT payment methods are currently approved for use on robi9:

• bKash — mobile financial service
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Upay — UCB mobile financial service

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit under normal account conditions, though robi9 may apply transaction limits for security or compliance purposes at its discretion. Players may also set their own deposit limits via the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect all parties involved. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission during standard business hours. robi9 may request additional identity documents before processing any withdrawal request.

5 Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on robi9 is subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market. The following general betting rules apply across all sports and markets on robi9:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by robi9's system and assigned a unique bet reference number.
• robi9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a suspended, incorrectly priced, or closed market.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event will be void unless the relevant market was explicitly offered as an in-play market.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.
• Outright bets (e.g., tournament winner markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and FIFA tournaments) stand regardless of changes to the tournament format, unless the specific team or player bet upon is withdrawn before any matches are played.
• Maximum winnings per bet and per market are subject to the limits displayed in the relevant market at the time the bet was placed.

Cricket Betting

Cricket is the primary sport on robi9. Markets are offered on domestic Bangladesh (BPL) fixtures, international Bangladesh Tigers matches, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy, and other major international competitions. Match betting, innings runs, player performance, and outright tournament winner markets are all subject to the standard cricket betting rules published on the platform.

6 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on robi9 — including live casino tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar) and slots (from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other studios) — are governed by the individual game rules set by the respective game provider.

robi9 does not modify game outcomes. All results are determined by certified random number generators operated and audited by the relevant game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on robi9's platform and the result recorded by the game provider's server, the provider's server record shall be considered authoritative.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or communication failure during a casino game session, robi9 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state based on server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. robi9 will not be liable for any claimed winnings arising from a game malfunction.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

robi9 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply to all robi9 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not used or wagered within the stated expiry window will be forfeited automatically.
• robi9 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Any player found to be exploiting bonus structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, automated wagering, or coordinated play — will have their bonus cancelled and their account reviewed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the robi9 platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, and all balances may be forfeited pending investigation:

• Opening or operating more than one account on robi9.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at any stage.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across robi9 and other platforms in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of any third party or providing your account for use by another person.
• Any conduct that robi9 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the robi9 platform — including but not limited to the robi9 brand name, logo, website design, user interface layout, game graphics, promotional artwork, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of robi9 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the robi9 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the robi9 platform without prior written authorisation from robi9.

10 Limitation of Liability

robi9 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While robi9 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service availability, robi9 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, robi9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to errors made by the player in placing bets or operating their account.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access due to the player's failure to protect their credentials.

In all cases, robi9's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

robi9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments & Termination

robi9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, robi9 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

robi9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time where robi9 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued account operation would present a risk to the integrity of the platform.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the robi9 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair play and responsible gaming as applied by robi9's compliance team. robi9 encourages any player with a dispute to contact support in the first instance at [email protected].
